10 Simple Steps

  1. Download your copy of CareBinders™ from  www.carebinders.com or install CareBinders™ using your CD-ROM
    The simple installation and registration process takes only minutes
  2. Open CareBinders™ and create your user name, password, secret question and answer
    The secret question gives you access to forgotten passwords
  3. Watch the introduction video to learn the secret to using CareBinders™
    This video give you tips on how to easily utilize this unique and powerful database
  4. Decide which members of your family need CareBinders™;
    Children, Grandchildren, Parents, Grandparents, etc.
  5. Decide what types of information you would like to track
    Pets, Cholesterol, Investments, Policies, Wine Collection, Airline Miles - or all of them!
  6. Locate personal, medical and financial data listed in the CareBinders™ Startup Checklist located in Appendix A of the Help Menu
    Pull all your medications together, gather all passwords, make a list of your assets, etc
  7. Fill out the simple Quick Start Form
    Watch CareBinders automatically populate appropriate fields with your information
  8. Import data into your CareBinders™ from sources such as Microsoft Outlook™, Microsoft Excel™ and QuickBooks™
    There is no need to re-enter your data
  9. Assign user names and permission to other individuals
    CareBinders™ allows you  to control which information is available to each user
  10. Decide how you would like to backup your encrypted data
    USB drive, CD, physical binder, or all three!
